SAILUCATION Venue Analysis

Take a structured approach to prepare sailing in your racing venue.

Sailing is such a complex sport. Therefore it is very easy to forget certain things – especially on a racing day of a major competition. The SAILUCATION Venue Analysis gives you a good overview what to think about when preparing a racing day on a venue you have never sailed before. Try to keep it simple and stick to this one-pager. Some Information you might already have before arriving at the regatta, i.e. the area you will be racing at, the geography etc. Other Information need to be up-to-date. You don’t want to use a weather forecast that is a couple of days old.
